Just had a great experience with Roderick. He arrived early, was very friendly and personable. After some confusion with him not being made aware of the need for a special tool he was able to work around the issue. Removed and replaced the alternator efficiently even though the bumper and wheel well had to be removed for access. Everything neat and clean and was put back together as if it was never apart. I would use him again if the need ever arises.
