Noe did an excellent job! He was quick and explained the problem in detail. The problem was very minor and did not require any replacement parts, so he had helped me save even more! This guy!!! Oh my goodness. I am soooo happy with the service I received from this mechanic yesterday on my Cadi. I had called around to several other mechanics and dealerships and was given outrageous price quotes for just a tune-up and they wanted me to leave my car at their shop all day. I found Your Mechanic and Michael and I will never take my car back to the dealership again unless Michael can't handle it, lol. I'm a DIYer, but could not do a tune-up on my car, and I love to see how things are done. Michael allowed me to watch what he was doing and explained everything to me. This would not have been allowed anywhere else, and I really had a lot of fun learning and watching how the process works! I was super nervous at first because I have trust issues with mechanics, but I calmed down once he arrived and got under my hood. Michael knows what he is doing and answered all my annoying questions. I am definitely going to have more work done on my car by Michael!

Unfortunately customer service at your Mechanic had double booked us for the appointment that we had scheduled at noon on April 1st and Timothy went out of his way to get the work done. He got here at 4-4:30 pm when he was scheduled at 12 pm and did the job which wasn't an easy job especially since it was a hot day and he already had a full days work. Timothy was amazing and made up for the mistake made by customer service.

Tim showed up right on time. The job took longer than quoted and had other appointments booked, but stayed until the job was completed. If and when I need other issues with my vehicle, I will call Tim back to do the work.

Thank you soo much! Michael was great, he was very nice and very helpful. I’m pregnant and due in a matter of days and he was able to fit me in sooner than would of been possible and finish the job so I could for sure have a car when the time comes. I’ve been spending a ton on Uber’s and it’s such a waste when you really think about it. I love this service, it’s so great to have piece of mind that someone’s not going to flake on you and not show up like I’ve had happen with a different mobile mechanic (that is not on this service). He was on time and got straight to work. He’s an excellent worker and is fast and hard working. I’m going to have him back to fix the alternator on my Cadillac and possibly some other work I will need done in the future. I definitely recommend Michael to others, he will not disappoint.
