I needed some work on my prelude to pass smog, and scheduled an oil change/sparkplug swap/EGR cleaning. When Tou arrived he looked over the car and told me that my EGR was brand new (I had just bought the car used and didn't know the previous work), and that I didn't need to work on it. I really appreciated that he valued honesty over making money (he took that item off the bill). I watched him work for a bit and also chatted about cars. Don't be put off by his younger-looking picture or the smaller number or reviews - he has quite a bit of experience and skill outside of yourmechanic, especially when it comes to honda/acura.

Tou arrived on time diagnosed the problem and completed the work in an hours time. I would definitely recommend this service to everyone

I tried to make an appt. for last Tuesday, with someone on Chat and using the service online; no one showed up and they told me I had made the appt. for the next week. The earliest next appt. they had when I called to find out what happened was Sunday. I took it. The person they recommended came early, said I needed a new starter, but he didn't have the tools and had another appt., sooner than would have been reasonable given my scheduled time, so he couldn't do it that day and would have to come back. I'm frustrated and unhappy.

Mazda dealer told me the engine light meant a $400 repair. Tou checked it, cleared the alert and said let's see if it returns, then I'll replace the part. So far, so good. Saved my a bunch of money!

He came on time and did the job on hand, tested the truck and left after every thing worked and was cleaned up.
