I was notified in advance that Rodney was on his way. He showed up about 5 minutes early which is a plus for me. We reviewed what was happening with the vehicle then Rodney went to work and did the inspection. When he was finished he went over the problems he discovered and what he recommended. He answered all my questions in language I could understand. He is a great professional to work with.

He arrived a little late but had problem finding part. He kept in touch with me. Finished up quickly. I haven't tested the truck yet so see if dash light is off but he told me I needed to drive it about 50 miles to clear the light and I could get it smog checked then. Anthony arrived per appointment and did a good diagnosis on the car and found out alternator works fine but there is a hole in the mass air flow hose which caused problem to the car.

Though Long was very prompt and professional... Your customer service at base was terrible!!!! I booked a 3pm apt, at 330 hadn't heard a word so I called your office. I was told the Mechanic was being contacted and id be called back in 5min ...45 min later having again heard nothing I called back and was told they were still waiting on mechanic to call (but apparently felt it unnecessary to keep me informed) I informed her I needed to get this done so needed to know what was going on and if it was even gonna happen, I was told yet again I would be called back in 5 min, reluctantly again I agreed, stupid me, another 45 min and now an entire day wasted I was finally called back and told it was my fault because I booked the apt that morning... WHAT?????....i used you web site I didn't pick the time I merly selected an option that YOUR site offered me...and that's my fault? Then finally I was offered a apt for the next day and a 20$ discount (20$ doesn't cover the entire wasted day, sitting waiting, and phone tagging, and an accusation that its my fault!) I decided I would still have it done but truely doubt I will use your service again and I will be sharing my experience with friends and on social media.. You can be sure of that!

Joe called ahead of appointment to verify his arrival time and arrived promptly as scheduled. He explained what he would be doing, showed me the parts he would be using and also indicated he would be checking some of the common fluid levels. During his inspection, he pointed out that I was low on a few and would need to top them off soon. Upon completion of the job, Joe reviewed what he had done, indicated the things he would recommend doing soon, and processed the payment with no additional charges. This was exactly as promised...excellent!
