Rodney was on time and great! He came prepared and completed the job within the projected timeframe. Awesome experience. I have never used this service before. When I called a major car club that I have been a member of for over 30 years would not come out to change out my battery because they said it would be too difficult of a job, and after calling the local Folsom dealer who was also no help, Rodney came to the rescue. He got the car running. But your dispatcher did not listen to me. I told her the problem is the battery: I said: "Tell or alet your mechanic bring the battery of the 2004 Buick Rendezvous. Now I have to wait until tomorrow at 3:00 for anthony to deliver the battery.

Kevin was friendly and did a good job (we had one leftover part after button up, but that should not affect the cars performance). He went to great detail to tell me what he was doing, and I felt his communication was very good. I was disappointed that after being told by yourmechanic that he would be able to perform the registration into the BMW's system that a new battery was being installed (this changes the way the car charges the battery) Kevin called in advance to tell me that he didn't have the tools after all, but said he would get them in the future. Not a Kevin fault, but is a trust issue with yourmechanic's main office and telephone staff. I know it's hard to know every element of the cars out there, but I specifically asked, and initially got no response (but a lot of automated emails), but then got bad information from the yourmechanic representative.

Joe called ahead of appointment to verify his arrival time and arrived promptly as scheduled. He explained what he would be doing, showed me the parts he would be using and also indicated he would be checking some of the common fluid levels. During his inspection, he pointed out that I was low on a few and would need to top them off soon. Upon completion of the job, Joe reviewed what he had done, indicated the things he would recommend doing soon, and processed the payment with no additional charges. This was exactly as promised...excellent!
