He was engaging and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and was very quick in getting the job done. This was my first time using Your Mechanic and I am super happy with it because Mark was great. I'm not the best at long winded reviews so I'll keep it simple. He showed up right on time, made sure he knew exactly what I wanted done, and then did it quick! Perfect. Bonus He didn't try to up sell me or shame me for not being able to fix my car myself.

Mark was great. Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable. I wasn't sure whether I would need to replace the alternator or just a belt, but we had a conversation about it and Mark got the car running perfectly just by replacing a belt. Saved me a lot of money. Couldn't be happier with the result!
