Peter was fantastic. He was on time (early actually), left my garage clean and fixed my truck (timing belt/water pump replacement). He took time to explain what was happening with my truck and answered any questions I had. Great job! I would recommend Peter, and already have, to my family and friends. I rated recommending YourMechanic.com at an 8 because when you call their toll free number for customer service, you will probably be on hold for 20-30 minutes. Once you finally get through, the agents are friendly and courteous. But something needs to be done about the wait time.

I found Joseph to be personable and obviously competent. I was disappointed that he did not replace the sheet of plastic which acts as a water shield between the door and the inner door panel. I assume that was a conscious decision rather than an omission. While the matter is not of great practical significance it is, in my opinion, the difference between a good job and a superior one.

Josh was fantastic! Showed up on time, reviewed my info and price. He educated me about what an inner toe rod does, showed me the part to explain it. He was happy to be working in our garage since it started raining. He worked hard. Gave us his inspection report where one of our new tires was low. I really appreciated that.
