Jon was excellent, very professional.

Jonathan did a great job diagnosing the problem and did an excellent job in fixing the problem.

The ignition now works but only when the tilt wheel is in the very lowest down position between my legs. If the tilt wheel is at the normal position, car will not start because key will not turn all the way to ignite the starter. Needs to be looked at again for adjustment of this problem. Car should start in any steering wheel position.

His ability to recognize issues and present them in a practical manner allowed me to evaluate how I would proceed, which was critical with financial issues thrown into the mix. I would and will use him again without hesitation. I've already spread the word with friends, family and colleagues about the wonderful alternative Your Mechanic provides and I have Jonathan to thank for that experience. I always hesitate and question the integrity of chain auto service centers that focus on profits. . . this just felt right from the word go. . . .and I'm glad I followed my intuition. Jonathon saved me about $800 for parts and labor that I was told I needed but did not. Actually it was more than $800 because I was told I needed all new tires and an alignment which Jonathon said I didn't need either. A huge thanks to Jonathon for being so honest.
