Honest and forthright. Communication was excellent. Fixing what other mechanic shop missed twice and not doing unnecessary recommended replacement by same other shop.

Jesse arrived about 15 minutes before the appointment. He did everything right in a timely manner.

Jesse is a superstar. He texted me asking if could arrive early, which was way ok with me. He replaced my water pump, serpentine belt and tensioner pulley. Jesse did a excellent job diagnosing the issue I was having. He was honest and open about what I needed and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. What started as a possible alternator replacement turned out to be a bad battery! If me or my mother need any work done or a diagnosis again I will use this service and always request Jesse!!!!!
