What is the Air Pump all about?

Decades ago, exhaust systems were pretty simple. The spent gases vented from the engine through the exhaust manifold, into the exhaust pipe, and then out through a muffler. However, stricter environmental laws and regulations have significantly impacted today’s automotive exhaust systems.   • You need an operational smog pump to pass your emissions test.
