Andrew is the best. Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable...he is now my go-to mechanic!

First time using this service and I hope nothing else goes wrong with my car but if it does, I may use it again! Andy was prompt and efficient and got'er done quickly. This worked out so much better than leaving the car with dealer or shop and having to beg or borrow a ride.

Andy was prompt, courteous and confident. He dove right in and handled the job quickly and provided a complete written and oral report. I rated him a 4 but he's awfully close to a 5.

I had some specific requests of things I wanted Andrew to assess in a pre-buy inspection, and he was thorough not only with my requests but with other issues he found the car had. I was able to make a long-distance (non)purchasing decision thanks to his expert assessment.The only reason I didn't give him the full five stars is b/c it would have been good if he'd had a CD on hand to check the CD player. But admittedly I made that request probably after he'd left for the appointment. Overall I am happy and grateful for his help!

Andy was wonderful! He took the time to explain to me what was going on with the starter, why it had to be replaced and did not mind me standing next to him asking a lot of questions. I was very nervous about using My Mechanic. There are a lot of horrible reviews online. Obviously it really depends who your mechanic is. I will always use Andy from now on.

Andrew came on time, communicated everything, completed the work on time, and didn't replace parts that didn't need replacing, which is the #1 thing I look for in a mechanic. I will definitely use him again. it's just so much easier when they can come to your house!!!
