Appointment and service went well. David checked in to see if it would be all right to arrive half an hour early, which worked out fine. He started work right away and when finished went over what he did, as well as went over a check list of the car's condition. The work was completed in the time estimated. The payment was what was quoted. Very convenient. I liked being able to see who my mechanic would be, as well as his background and being able to track his arrival. Very convenient. Good work.

Matt is very professional and looks out for the benefits of the customers. He recommended better struts for my car and it was a better deal for me. He is really for the customers. My backlight hood was a little loose and he fixed that for free. I went to the dealer several times before and they didn't even mention that... My experience with Matt is awesome and it is more like a family doctor who knows your medical history and someone you can make friends, and you can talk to him and tell him what kind of concerns you have about your car. I would definitely come back again and recommend him and YourMechanic to my friends if they have car problems, and I hope YourMechanic would expand their service to Manhattan, KS, so I can call them when I am at school.

Max came out to my work parking lot on a very hot day to change my oil and recharge my A/C. Although my A/C compressor was bad and couldn't be recharged, Max explained everything and steps we could take to get the compressor fixed. I would definitely recommend Max for future services!!!

Overall, Dominic seemed great. I had him work on my wife’s car while she was at home with our baby and couldn’t take the car to the shop. My only critique is that our car calls for 0w-20 full synthetic and 5w-20 synthetic blend was used. Not sure why the change. I’d prefer to buy the oil myself and have him put it in if the recommended type wouldnt be used.

I was told told by an Car shop that my brakes and Rotors were bad! So I called your Mechanic to have them to replaced them. As Jim William was preparing to do the work on my car, he notice that this was not the case and informed me that I did not need Brakes or Rotors the problem was that the Brake cap was loose. So, Honesty is important to me. Also I will be requesting him for further Mechanic work.
