Jonathan was very thorough in his inspection. I am from out of the Denver area and I hired him to inspect a vehicle I was interested in before driving across the state to look at the vehicle, and I'm glad I did, he found some potential problems that could be costly and detrimental to the van's longevity. This was a very worthwhile experience for me, and I would highly recommend him.

Jerome did the best he could with very little information. He was asked to diagnose a vehicle that wouldn't start. His conclusion was that it needed to be sent to the dealership for closer examination. In reality, it just needed a new alternator, a problem common for vehicles that won't start. Jerome's diagnosis set-off a series of errands and phone calls which were all unnecessary, and very frustrating. I'm providing three stars, because he had very little information to go by, but in the end, it was a very frustrating experience.
