Chris has worked on my car twice now. The first time he was right on time. I needed a part for my car that required being ordered and an estimate on parts and labor. My gear shift wasn't working, but he rigged the car so I was able to drive if needed. The second time, when he came to complete the service, he texted me to see if he could start earlier, I was delighted. Chris is very courteous, explained what he had done, and didn't leave a mess in my car. I'm delighted to have found My Mechanic and will definitely use them again!

Ivan was extremely professional supporting and knowledgeable. He was clear, attentive to detail and he was friendly, efficient and capable. He confirmed what I had expected was the alternator and he tested each alternative cause and explained what I needed to look for. I highly recommend him! I needed a mobile mechanic because my car could not be towed without causing extensive damage to it and the driveway. Ivan showed up ahead of schedule which was great and proceeded to accurately diagnose the problem and promptly fix it. It was obvious to me that his years of experience and knowledge as a mechanic was key in getting the job done when I couldn't. Before he left, he did a multi-point inspection (fluids and air) which I appreciated. He did all this plus the repair when the appointment was only for a diagnosis. I have never used a mobile mechanic before, but I will certainly request Ivan if I ever have the need for one again.

Dustin had to wait at the store to pick up a part, but gave me plenty of notice that he would be a bit late. When he arrived he was apologetic for the tardiness, and got right to work. Friendly and professional I handed him the keys and within 30 min my car was back up and running like new.
