I was worried it would be a fuel pump issue and be expensive. Set up a diagnostic appointment, and Andrew discovered a loose spark plug wire. He solved the issue within minutes. Incorrect Service comment as shown on work order. I am a 73 year old man who has owned in an adult life time 15 makes of vehicles, seven of which have been purchased new. My last three have been Ford Explorers, inclusive of the 2004 that Russell worked on today. Your Mechanic can feel very fortunate to have Russell as part of your task force.
