The experience was great. I am a single female and most of the time guys treat you like you have no ideal about car repairs. Sam listened to what I said - understood what I was talking about. He was quick with replacing the water pump but also checked to make sure nothing else was wrong. Sam suggested that it maybe a good ideal to replace the therasat to - i felt like it couldn't hurt since he was there. Thanks alot Sam - saved this old girl some worry time.

Joseph did a great job - I had ordered an alternator to be replaced, but after Joseph checked out the vehicle, he identified that the starter was actually the problem. We are going to have him get us a quote on the starter and as soon as we can scedule a follow up appointment, we'll have Joseph replace the starter. Very efficient and kept me informed all along the way. Definitely will contact Joseph again the next time we have vehicle issues!
