I have been in the automotive field for 16 years. I have held master status for 7 of those years. I received most of my training in a dealership setting. I specialize in electrical diagnosis but have always worked bumper to bumper. my philosophy is nothing is unfixable.

I usually do my own minor car repairs but due to time restraints I thought I would try Your Mechanic. Chris came over and since I already had my parts and the car was on car stands with the wheels off Chris had the new brake pads on in less than 20 minutes. It would have taken me two or three times longer. I will definitely use Your Mechanic again and will request Chris for the service work. He was very personable and knowledgeable when I asked him about other minor car repairs. I will no longer take my vehicles to an auto repair shop and pay their high labor charges. When you take your vehicle to a repair shop their labor charges are usually higher due to the fact that you help pay for their building, utilities, shop rags etc. You do not have these charges with Your Mechanic.

Chris was very punctual and polite. He changed my alternator. In the process my idler pulley and tensioner were bad. I told him I’ll go pick them up. He said he’ll be back in an hour to install them for me. He is a top notch mechanic and person. I highly recommend him for anybody that needs work on their vehicle.

I thought my pulley system needed to be replaced..However, Chris knew Right away that it wasn’t just my belt but my water pump needed to be replaced. He readjusted, went to grab the part and came back quickly to replace everything I needed. It took a lot less time than I originally thought it would and Chris is a rock star when it comes to sharing information on what he’s doing and why. I think that’s extremely important when you’re working with anything intricate. His honesty and quality of work are definitely reasons to keep booking him. He won’t haggle you, make you feel dumb for not knowing anything (like me haha), he’s honest and? He’ll have you back on the road in no time. Thanks Chris!! You’re the man!
