First and foremost, he helped me set up my appt since I was confused and also told me about the groupon you had going on. He was actually early for my appt and was professional. Joseph did a great job - I had ordered an alternator to be replaced, but after Joseph checked out the vehicle, he identified that the starter was actually the problem. We are going to have him get us a quote on the starter and as soon as we can scedule a follow up appointment, we'll have Joseph replace the starter. Very efficient and kept me informed all along the way. Definitely will contact Joseph again the next time we have vehicle issues!
