Ira was a few minutes early. Very professional. He diagnosed the car and said I did not need one of the services the dealer tried to get me to do. He did the work that was truly needed, did not try to rip me off with unnecessary repairs. He checked everything and did a test drive. Recommended some things for future. I selected few services which were not required for the problem i was having with my car and he was pretty honest to let me know that those were not required to fix the problem.
