Thermostat on '06 Sienna bad and in a difficult location -- Ira fixed it and saved me the problem of overheating on way to a service station. Quick and clean repair -- no antifreeze on ground and vehicle runs great now. Thanks, Ira

Ira was efficiect, thorough and explict in the corrective process. There was no mechincal fix to the problem. However, Ira walked me through the corrective procedure in case of a reoccurrence of the problem.
