He was 15 minutes early to the appointment, and fixed the problem quickly, carefully, and with integrity. It turned out the part not working could be easily fixed and he let me know that, instead of charging me for the part and replacing it anyway. I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone.

Matthew is smart, knowledgeable and very professional. He also explains everything and works quickly and neatly and thoroughly. I'm so glad to have found him.
