Exceeded any expectations. Explained basics before starting, and thoroughly explained the work done, why, and what to look for in the future after the work was complete. He was early for the appointment and performed the worked in less than ideal conditions. He told me about what he found in the inspection but didn't try to make a hard sell on any services.
