Brett is living proof of the value of experience. I mentioned another problem I had while he was here confirming the diagnosis that brought him here which was car not starting. I pointed out a slow oil leak on the garage floor - He noticed it immediately and posted a second recommendation/estimate. This was a good way to do it because I scheduled to replace my starter first - and then later, when I get paid again, I can replace the oil gasket. So he's thoughtful as well experienced. Oh, and super fast. He had that starter changed, in like, 15-20 mins. I kept him a little longer because I always have questions. and he answered them. thanx Brett.

Kelly showed up on time, I was amazed to see that I could track his driving here online. I was positively impressed with his no-nonsense ability to see right away what the problem was. I thought I was leaking oil but Kelly noticed I recently had the radiator replaced and the fan was loose. He made his recommendation to replace the water pump and a new thermostat, plus two other services that my previous mechanic didn't catch. I am more than pleased with the service Kelly provided. That and he laughed at all my jokes.
