I had a great first experience with Your Mechanic as an organization today and it won't be my last. The communication ranged from when the mechanic (Brikk) was on in route to my home to when he arrived in my driveway. Lots of pictures and information in the receipt and writeup. Brikk was outstanding. He offered for me to watch everything he did so I could learn more information about my vehicle, which I took him up on. He was beyond polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He walked me through what the possible issues could be and talked me through the investigation and fix as he did it. I would highly recommend this service as a whole and Brikk as a mechanic. Outstanding service.
