Duane was fantastic; seriously. Quick, efficient, professional and friendly! Who knew! Also, you can learn a lot about someone by how they treat your kids; I got pulled into a call (I work from home) and our 10 year-old "escaped" and went outside and peppered Duane with all sort of questions about cars and tools and everything and Duane was simply wonderful with him. We've already requested Duane to come back and do some work for us on one of our other cars.

LIFESAVER! My starter gave out on Christmas Eve and I called with the assumption that the next available appointment would be weeks out; however, they told me they had availability only two days after on the 26th at 7AM.
