I requested a Pre-Buy Inspection and whether I received good news or bad news, I would give Lucas 5+ stars! ! The whole process was easy and I was informed every step of the way from booking the appointment to when Lucas left the vehicle. Just a note, it was the hottest day of the season so far (111 deg!), but Lucas was professional and had a great attitude. Would definitely recommend.

by John from Altadena, CA 91001

Nazareth is not only great at what he does, but he also went out of his way to explain every step of what he was doing. He was very respectful regarding extra precautions I’d asked for to accommodate my wife’s medical situation. & he paused to help me fix my shop vac when it stopped working while cleaning under the hood. I will definitely continue to call him when my Volvo needs service.

Answers to common Volvo questions

Plug from camshaft position sensor corroded.
Answered by Jay
Even though you can get the car to start and run by sticking the wires into the connector, it will not keep out moisture and it could corrode even more. I would recommend having a mechanic inspect the sensor and...
Steering wheel bolt loose.
Answered by Jay
The vehicle shows it has a recall from the manufacturer for the tie rod ends coming loose or failing and driver may loose control. The recall number is 06V155000. My recommendation is to not drive the vehicle and contact your...
Reduced engine performance that smooths out after 40 MPH until acceleration.
Answered by Michael
Hello, being that the engine and transmission are computer controlled, a scanner needs to be connected to retrieve codes. If there are no codes present the technician will be able look at data retrieved by the scanner and come to...
Keys won't turn ignition past position 1.
Answered by Evan
It sounds like there is a problem with your ignition switch. The ignition switch is what your key turns. It has 4 positions. Off, accessory, on or run, and start. It must be jamming and not allowing the key to...
