Best possible experience! My appointment was late so it was dark. It was not optimal weather and he was on time, great with Communication, provided a quick assessment and quote. We opted to do the repair during the initial visit and he completed it and upon completion gave us some good tidbits of information about our other cars. Just friendly chit chat that I am sure will be helpful in the future. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Excellent!

I am so thankful for Chris. I had booked my appointment 4 times on YM - 1 mechanic didn't show up at all and the other times the mechanic asked to reschedule. So on my 5th try, I booked with Chris. When I woke up it was raining outside and I assumed he would ask to reschedule. But NO, Chris showed up, was friendly and did the job perfectly and quickly - IN THE RAIN.
