William was very thorough in troubleshooting and diagnostics about whether the fuel pump and its gauge were faulty- turns out the housing was not in tact thereby indicating the tank had more gas than it did. The new fuel pump will provide a more accurate reading of tank gas levels. William was knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He was honest, accurate and I enjoyed getting to know him in the short time in our garage.

When Mr. William came to the house we introduced each other and he told me about himself and I told him about myself and he started looking at my car and told me I needed this instead of that and I believed him and we hit it off from that point on he’s very friendly he’s very very knowledgeable I would recommend William to all my friends and he will be doing more of my work on my cars as well as my sisters car Looking forward for mr Williams to work on my cars some more to get it up to par thanks again.

Had a very good experience with Steven the first time he came to look at my car. Decided to see if it was just pure luck the second time. Steven provided a very thorough inspection and as result provided the diagnosis of most likely is the root cause for my existing problem. By the way, appointment was scheduled for the weekend because I could not fit in the schedule during the weekdays and he came right on time. Great job Steven!!!
