Great communication. Wasnt able to reach rear O2 sensors and contacted me promptly while I was at work to inform me. Fromt O2 sensors were replaced correctly and wdficiently while i was away at work.

Mechanic could not finish the job in my driveway. Had to take my car to the shop. While that was a good gesture, it made the job take longer and thus I ended up paying an extra $30 or so for a job that should have taken less than 1 hour had he been more prepared. Mechanic was impatient if I asked questions. Not very friendly at all
