Shaun was perfect. Super pro. Courteous. Excellent. Had some oil drops under my Ford Explorer before Shaun came. He checked and told me it was nothing serious. After he did the oil change there was a oil on the road under the car. I cleaned as much as I could and will check in the coming days if oil is still leaking. For the rest he was fantastic.

He also did a multi point inspection and advised me that I needed new tires. The starting problems I was experiencing were because of a faulty part. He explained how I could try to change it myself, or schedule a follow up appointment. I also received an estimate for the follow up visit later the same day.
