Rey was absolutely fantastic. He was able to come a day earlier than my appointment because he wanted to make sure I got back on the road as soon as possible. He diagnosed the problem that 2 AAA drivers and my dealership all missed or misdiagnosed. He even fixed the problem right then and there, so I didn't have to wait another day or two. His service was incredibly friendly and he made sure to explain the issue in terms even I could understand (I'm a car idiot). This was the most stress free car experience I have ever had, especially after numerous run ins with other people that either didn't want to do the work to find out what was actually wrong, wanted to up sell me or just didn't want to work on a Mini because they are notoriously difficult to fix. I was considering selling my car because of the issues until Rey showed up and I found out that with the right mechanic the issues were not bad at all and, as importantly, not all the expensive. Plus, I didn't have to have my car jumped and have the dreaded drive into the dealership or the expensive tow. Thank you, Rey!
