I was notified prior to Kenneth's (my mechanic) arrival. He arrived a few minutes early and politely call my cell to notify me he was outside. Kenneth was polite and Very professional. He explained the work he was about to perform and reviewed the work again at the end. There was no surprises. Kenneth performed his work exactly as explained and even did a quick diagnostic test for me because my check engine light was on. All at no extra cost. Can't say enough about Kenneth's performance.
