I would say he was a pro in changing battery. He did a great job in that but in respect of inspection I have doubts. He recommended me to change brakes and rotors just by seeing them not even used measured tools to give me confidence. He also asked me to do tune up but without knowing anything about engine. I had a tune up job on January 2018!. He didn't even checked my engine oil. I told him about my tire issue he said to take it to shop for wheel balancing and it came out to wheel bearing issue. I would have been pleased if he would have shown more interest and needs my car would be needed instead of just standing and recommending. Let me tell you he was not even cleaning the battery terminals after removing it. I had to ask him to clean it. He didn't even sprayed the terminal spray before connecting the terminals. I suspect it can lead to battery rust or dirty terminals. Doing a battery job is easy but I didn't had tools so I wanted to call mechanic instead of investing on tools. I will not rate him below 4 star but not 5 star because I was not satisfied.

This issue was diagnosed when our engine/transmission mounts were replaced. That work was done on Friday, the axle on Monday (despite it being Jan 2!). Our car runs great now and I feel safe driving my son to school tomorrow! We won't use a traditional mechanic shop again, loyal customers after 2 visits!

I received a quote for this service some time before I booked the service because my spouse and I were skeptical about a mobile service. However, we have had a lot of problems with shops in the past so figured we'd give it a try. We were the first appt of the day, Jose arrived about 30 mins early, worked quickly and efficiently. After the engine and transmission mounts were replaced, Jose noticed that there was still an issue and was able to diagnose the next problem and was able to pull up the quote right away, As a woman, I was not even pressured into booking it right then although, of course, he had to advise me of safety concerns, etc. Very satisfied. We had the next issue completed a few days later.
