Our experience with Simon was wonderful. He was very professional and friendly. He called the day before the appointment to confirm it and go over the problems with our vehicle. I was kept up to the minute as to Mr. Sanchez's progress in route to my location. When he arrived he introduced himself and we discussed the problem(s). He was very professional we briefly discussed his experience, then he went right t work. The work was done in an efficient manner, utilizing ll new parts and fluids. When the work was completed he explained what was done ( gave me the old serpentine belt) and we started up my Jeep. He took some additional info and photos, explained a few thing, then made suggestions for possible work needs.
