Nick went right to work replacing the brake shoes, checking the rotor closely and that the pistons in the caliber were not sticking. The then bled the brakes in no time. He road tested the vehicle and then gave me break-in tips for the new pads. I have driven the vehicle and find the brakes more responsive now and far less chattering.

Nick called me prior to the appointment to see if there were any concerns I had. I was looking at a car that had higher miles and did have a few other concerns. He inspected the car and gave an overview of the positives and negatives of the car. The negatives outweighed the positive so I did not make the purchase. He was very honest and could tell he thoroughly inspected the car. I'm still looking for a car and will be calling Your Mechanic to inspect before making a purchase! Money well spent that will save me much more "down the road", literally! I hope Nick is assigned to me again. I'll ask for him.

I did have another mechanic of yours come out at first I thought he had fixed the problem but Brandon seems to know more about pt cruisers since he use to work at a Chrysler dealership. Car runs good I feel I can trust him better than your other mechanic you sent before.Brandon is honest tells me the problems with my car. The problem with most shops is they fix part of the problem but they don't tell you what the real problem is with your car.

Daimar did an outstanding job. Mr. Wilson showed up on time. He wore a mask. He was very respectful of my desire to keep a distance between us given the pandemic. He did his work in my garage, knocked on my door when he was done. When I opened the door he had moved himself a good distance from it and we talked. This young man had a great attitude and demeanor. Highly recommended.
