Richard was pleasant and professional. He came prepared to replace my fuel pump, but took the time to make sure that was the problem. After testing, it turned out that he couldn't be sure that the pump was the problem and suggested that it might require taking it to the dealer to be sure. I did that and it turned out to be the "fuel pump relay'. I really appreciate this kind of service since replacing the fuel pump would not have fixed the problem and I might have been stranded again.

Richard came by to fix my vehicle earlier today. He was punctual and very polite, pleasant and proffesional. He was very attentive to my concerns and did not give me a sense that he was rushing at all. He took time to explain everything that he was doing which put me at ease and gave me the confidence and trust that he was really fixing my vehicle to a high standard.
