Richard displays calmness, confidence, and competnce. His presence gives the customer reassurance that they are in good hands. His quality of work is a great reflection of his competence. Richard is what I call an endangered species. He is one of the very few mechanics that I have met in the last 10 years who is there for the customer. Richard made contact withe via text message to advise if I was okay with him arriving earlier for my appointment. I thought that was very professional and courteous. He arrived within 10 mins and completed the install of my new wiper sensor and signal replacement in 20 mins. He did a complete check of my F150 and let me know one of my wipers may need to be replaced soon. I appreciated his help and timeliness. I would consider service calls with Your Mechanic for his reason.
