Ken to the rescue again and again! this is the main reason i drop the shop. this time my transmission was slipping so had to get it repaired at a transmission specialist. ill try to make a long story short...my car was in the shop for a week went go pick it up i didn't know it till i got half way home that my radio/ car audio had no power. so i figured it could be a fuse which it was easy fix! next day went woke up to go to work my service air bag light was on drove it home i was done with work. next morning my windshield wipers wasn't working it was like one thing after another. luckily Ken had a opening the next day he came out i told him what was going on after i went to go to a shop to get my transmission fixed. about 15mins later ken found the problem saved me a lot of money come to find out fuses was taken out the reason the radio, wiper, service air bag was not working. sound like the shop was trying to get over on me so i can come back and get jacked for super expensive repairs. ken put the fuses in that i was missing and guess what everything worked. Ken is always honest and let me know up front what's going on. its sad that going to shop most of them try to get over on you. for all of my car care and other work that needs to be done on my car i can always rely on Ken what would i do without you brotha! ken is the best! super friendly go always above and beyond and with all of his experience. thank you so much Ken for all that you do and for keeping me on the road. if you want your car done right for the first time book with ken you will never go back.
