Very friendly. He let me know what issues could arise up front. The charges ended up being less than I expected and my car ran smoother on my way home from work than it has in a long time. I would definitely do business with Robert again.

He told me what he would do if it were his car, and gave me his general opinion (“honestly your car is in good shape, so if you don’t get the word done in the next few weeks, that’s totally okay. You don’t drive it a ton anyways”). Perfect for what I needed!
