Karla was great and could only do so much considering I just had my transmission fixed in November by Ken from the same company and was under warranty well I ended up paying 169.99 for a transmission inspection done by Karla to tell me that I had a leak so I’m out of $169.99 and about $50 for transmission fluid because it’s still leaking I’m just beyond frustrated at this point!!!

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!!! Karla is amazing and I will 1000% recommend her!

Having no experience with this type of service I wasn't sure what to expect. Karla was professional and knowledgeable and completed the installation satisfactorily. My car is purring like a kitten.

Karla was a bit late and there was a little bit of miscommunication (they thought they sent me a text but it was still in draft). However, Karla came by and was able to diagnose the problem right away. Went above and beyond what I expect from a mechanic!

After showing up a bit late which Karla apologized for ,Karla went to work diagnosing the problems of my car. Karla walked me through what was going on and how Karla was going to solve the problem. End results success , I would recommend Karla to everyone who wants someone who will do everything in their power to fix your problems . Five stars are not enough, Karla will be my go to for all my mechanical problems .
