Not only is he VERY knowledgeable about cars, he took the time to explain to me in depth why I was encountering my original issue - I always feel that some mechanics come and do the work and leave. While that's great especially if they did a great job, I'd like to feel more connected to any issues my car encounters. Kenneth did just that and more. I'd like to have him look at my car again.
