Tyler did good work. Be was friendly and courteous. BUT...Even though he texted me 20 minutes before my appointment time to tell me that he was on his way, he was 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Maybe there were legitimate traffic problems, but in the 1:35 between his initial text and his arrival, I should have received updates on ETA.

Wow !!!! This was so easy........I was looking at scheduling a tow, scheduling an appointment to have my car looked at and then worked on, scheduling a ride home/and back...all it took was one click and I had an appointment for 12 hours later AT MY HOUSE !! Everything was fixed and done within 45 minutes !!! Tom is a great guy.....explained everything to me every step of the way.....even checked things that had nothing to do with my battery. First time using this service and it did not disappoint. I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled with Franky and he was EXCELLENT. I work overnight and sleep during the day and Franky was very considerate. He contacted me on his way, let me know when he arrived and worked on my car while I slept. After he was finished he explained all that was done and what I may need before the brutal Chicago winter approaches. He was professional and efficient and I will be referring him and YourMechanic to others.

Franky is a very professional mechanic. He greeted me upon his arrival and explained what the job entailed. He took some pictures of the vehicle and logged all the necessary information into the system. He was very detailed oriented and double checked and ensured all of the information required was complete. He rolled up his sleeves and worked quickly and diligently. I was impressed on how fast he rotated the tires and the oil change. I highly recommend Franky as a mechanic and will be requesting Franky in the future for any other mechanic work needed.
