Will was not only very friendly, but also showed up to the appointment early, as he had finished up another job quickly and asked if it was possible to head over to me sooner than the scheduled time. On top of that, he finished his work on my car early as well and was helpful in explaining not only the problem with my starter, but starters in general. Would definitely recommend!

Standard Oil Change Appointment - Great communication. Easy, stress free appointment in these stressful COVID times. Great job!! He was very professional and helpful! He checked my entire car out and replaced my alternator as a credit, as I had Your Mechanic put in one last July and I was under warranty. On a side note, be careful. Even though it was proven this was a valid warranty and that the alternator they put in my car last year is what failed, I would not be charged.... However, they did attempt to charge me $149. for a free service. That is just a shame. I DO NOT blame Steven, I blame Your Mechanic with attempting to debit my card. My CU alerted me to this charge.
