Efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Kyle maintained professionality the entire appointment, from checking-in after his previous appointment to when he finished up with my vehicle. He arrived earlier than the appointed time and gave an advanced heads-up, which was great. When he began working on my vehicle, it was apparent that he knew what he was doing, and finished up far faster than a trip to an autobody shop. He also gave an assessment of the vehicle, and informed me of what should be fixed or replaced in a quick but detailed manner. Lastly, by the time he finished, it was time for the original appointment time, so it was great that we completed the appointment far in advance than what was expected. Overall, I'd recommend Kyle to anyone with car issues for his generous behavior, professionalism, and experience.
