Christian noticed that he would be arriving a bit late to the scheduled appointment, so he called me up well in advance and let me know, and then arrived at the (new) promised time. He was very professional, and finished faster than expected, so the whole service took about as promised. HE was very friendly, and explained everything I asked, as well as gave recommendations for additional services it turned out I needed.
