Jonathan's performance was great today! He arrived before my scheduled appointment, expertly diagnosed the problem was a dead battery, quoted the price and replaced immediately. Ran the engine for about 10 additional minutes to check that the engine was charging (which it was) while performing the thorough 50pt inspection.
