Although I had a rough experience with getting YourMechanic to send the correct part, Shawn Anderson is a great technician. It was not his fault that YourMechanic sent him the wrong parts (twice) but he was still able to secure the part eventually and complete the job in a timely and professional manner. I am confident that he knows what he is doing. Obviously, I was a bit concerned so I wanted to supervise his work. He was friendly and courteous and helped me understand what he was doing. He had all the necessary tools and was fast and efficient. It was not his fault that he didnt have the correct part. Thats the only reason why the job took 2 days and more than the quoted amount of time. I hope to book Shawn for further jobs and so happy with the pricing and level of expertise.
