James is like hoping to hire a cook and getting a chef! Remarkable mechanic and person. Warm, friendly, courteous and above all knowledgeable. If he was a roofer I'd hire him even if I didn't need new shingles. Singularly the most wonderful experience I've had with any public contact individual in years. I can't imagine ever, ever having my automobile serviced any other way again. To top it all off - I didn't have to go to James, he came to me. Simply - this guy is GOOD. Another mechanic gave us a ridiculous quote because they knew we were here on vacation. When Denval checked out our car he let us know it was only one smaller part and was confident that was it. Instead of the $2100 quote we got from the other place, we paid around $300 for what was actually wrong and our car is working perfectly fine now! I highly suggest going with Denval.
