Allen was prompt and courteous, and completed the work in a professional manner. He took the appropriate steps to confirm that the problem was correctly diagnosed, and he answered my questions and explained the situation so that I was in full understanding of how the problem may have happened, and was able to give me helpful suggestions to avoid further problems. He also inspected my vehicle for other potential problems (a few were noted, but nothing emergent) and was able to forward that information so that I could receive an estimate for that work as well. He left me with the impression that my car repair needs were in good hands. I will be recommending your service to my friends.
