Fernandos showed up on time, and was very kind, he looked at everything I brought up and noticed what the issues were right away, and the inspection showed there were other issues that would need attention also, I am glad I called. Rich stuck with a job until it was done and done, right. The handle was still a little sticky when he left but he put grease on it and that grease worked its way in and my door opens great now.
